I am always amazed by my students.?!?!?!?! I will visit this on another day.
Well only a few days left at KAUW. I have everything moved out and only kept the bare essentials. Have a couple of dinner engagements before leaving other than that been flying pretty regularly. I have one student almost ready for his check ride and two others over 3/4 of the way their. Things are going well. I hope to keep in touch with you all and to hear how your flying is going.

Hello everyone.
Just a quick note on my future endeavors. I have handed in my resignation to Wausau Flying Service and my last day will be Friday February 2nd. I have accepted a full time flight instructor position with Ascent flight training. Ascent flight training is located in Sioux Falls, SD at KFSD airport http://www.sfairport.com
Now with this move, Kaci and I will be in the same town finally. I am very excited and at the same time saddened that I will not see some of you get your private license. (website to ask questions) http://www.studentpilot.com
Just so you do not worry, Wausau flying service is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill my position and plans to hire someone shortly. In the mean time John and Robert will be here to instruct.

An exciting day for Dan (1/14/2007) as we did an early morning lesson,things were working so well we scheduled a afternoon lesson to do the pre-solo check with Robert. Her you can see Dan after his first solo. Dan is reading the secrets of becoming a pilot and then had his choose to eat or burn these and you can see which one he chose. GREAT JOB!!!
